I left the corporate world to work as an SNA because I yearned for a more personally fulfilling and meaningful career path. While the corporate world offered financial stability, I felt a strong desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives and contribute to a more compassionate and inclusive society. Working as an SNA allows me to directly impact the well-being and development of individuals with additional needs, and it aligns with my passion for empathy, support, and advocacy. The decision to transition to this role was driven by my aspiration to play a role in creating a more inclusive and empathetic world, where every individual, regardless of their abilities, is given the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

My role as an SNA is all about fostering inclusion, nurturing growth, and providing a safe and supportive environment for those I work with. I work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to tailor individualised plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. Through patience, understanding, and empathy, I help students with additional needs unlock their full potential.
